Case Studies 

Evelyn's Beauty Salon was a small family hair salon located in Indianapolis. While they had the talent, they were only known by those who lived within a 5 mile radius of the salon. They didn't have a website and weren't using social media. 

The first thing I did was designed a website. Why? Because When you put your business online you have access to all Search Engines users. Search engines like Google who have over 1.17 Billion users! With 1 month her website began seeing more traffic.

While that was great it was nothing compared to what would happen once I began using her social media page with INTENT. Evelyn's Beauty Salon offered something new and different, that no other salon in the City offered. A Dominican Blowout. I had never heard of it and neither had a lot of people just like me. I began taking pictures of before and after and created ads. I targeted women within a 20 mile radius of each populated area within the city. Her social media page blew up and her salon was booked to the max! 

Within less than one year of working with me she was able to open another salon on the opposite side of the city. Business is Booming and her website now receives over 2k visits per month! 

after 6 months 

AAA African Hair Braiding a huge problem. They were located on a street where there were over 10 other salons that did the exact same thing they did. African Braids. 

First, I researched the other business, their reviews, their social presence, their websites, and their overall presence. I noticed many commonalities. None of them had a website, none of them were using social media. And most importantly all of them had horrible reviews and lacked customer services skills. 

I got to work. I created a website for AAA that would showcase her skill and knowledge of hair. I then created a Facebook and Instagram page. Specially focusing on Instagram as it's platform is very visual. 

The most important thing I did was speak with her about customer service policies and procedures. We created a plan to help increase customer service and improve the overall experience.  

Within a month her ratings had increased and she had a 4 Star on Google Rating. 

As ratings grew, her page grew, and she began seeing more bookings. Today she is the Number Hair Braiding Salon in her city!
